Anthony C. Dann
President and Executive Chairman of the Board
Before entering the California wine industry in 1984, Tony Dann held a series of senior marketing and CEO positions with the international divisions of several major multinationals (including British-American Tobacco and Chesebrough Ponds, Inc) in the consumer packaged goods field, with particular emphasis on Latin America.
Debbie gained over 20 years marketing and business development experience in the retail food and beverage industry, with two major corporations. With Starbucks Coffee Company she rose through several positions including Regional Food & Beverage Manager and National Category Manager to become Category Director / International Marketing. With ARAMARK she had a similar progression through several marketing roles to become Vice President of National Business Development. Debbie joined ConeTech in 2015.
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Jerome is a graduate of the University of Paris II, School of Law and brings more than 30 years of finance experience to ConeTech. His career includes executive positions at successful high growth companies such as Tekelec and Centellax. He also worked in various capacities for international companies such as Tekelec-Airtronic (France), Sinar Mas Group (Indonesia), Dusit Thani (Thailand) and Kempinski (Germany). Jerome joined the company in 2015.

Lawrence Wu, Jr. graduated with a Food Science Degree from the University of Washington and received an MBA from Bellamine University. Larry has over 30 years experience in the food and beverage industry working in the areas of product ideation, development and commercialization. Larry has held multiple leadership positions within Research & Development at Starbucks, Brown-Forman, Campbell Soup, Kraft Foods and Bossa Nova Beverages, Iconoculture and Sky Valley Foods. Larry originally joined ConeTech as a consultant in the area of Business Development and is now the Vice President Innovation and R&D with Advanced Beverage Technologies, and General Manager and Co-Founder of SpiriTech.
Vice President of Operations
Gaspar graduated as an Agricultural Engineer at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina, was awarded a Fulbright scholarship and earned a Master of Science in Horticulture and Agronomy from UC Davis. Gaspar began his career as a Vineyard manager working at Resero Vineyards, Colinas Farming, and Beckstoffer Vineyards. In 2008 Gaspar joined Diageo where he held multiple leadership positions including Director of Winemaking, Director of Operations and Head of Manufacturing at Bodegas Navarro Correas in Mendoza Argentina, and Director of Operations at Diageo Chateau & Estates in California. Gaspar was General Manager for Beaulieu Vineyard & Provence with Treasury Wine Estates prior to Advanced Beverage Technologies as Vice President of Operations in 2018.
International Director of Business Development, Advanced Beverage Technologies and Managing Director, SpiriTech Global
John has over 30 years’ experience in sales and business development and has lived and worked in various countries. John’s experience includes setting up and managing large sales operations including sales of dairy products in Yemen, and in the Middle East, Gulf States, and Africa, with The New Zealand Dairy Board, and a leading management role on behalf of Coca Cola in Saudi Arabia. John has also held senior sales management roles with The Jack Russell Company, Allied Domecq, JT International and most recently International Game Technology.
